You have the right to return the products you bought without the obligation to inform the reason why you want the products returned (if these are not changes in size), within fifteen (15) days from the date you receive them.
Refusal to Receive
In case you place an order, it is sent to you and you refuse to receive it, you are fully charged the shipping costs which are 4.90€ (0,90€ for the return of the order from you to us 2.60€ for the shipment of the order from us to you and and 1.60€ cash on delivery.
Returns are accepted if only:
1. The product has not been worn – used beyond the test.
2. The tabs (if any) of the manufacturer as well as the product labels have not been removed or damaged.
3. There are all the accessories of the product such as the box, any manuals that come with it and the purchase receipt (they are sent back together with the product).
4. Inside your package you will find (along with the purchase receipt) the return Form which it fully informs you about the return process.
5. If the product is accompanied by a gift, it should also be returned.
6. You send the products through the cooperating courier company, Speedex, at the recipient’s expense. In case of shipment with a different courier company, the costs are borne by the sender.
7. When sending your new products after the change you will have a charge of 4.90€, regardless of the difference that will result from the changes.
If you want a refund, then complete in the Return Form (included in each package) the following: 1. your account number (IBAN) 2. the bank 3. the name of the beneficiary 4. the number of your order. The amount is returned to your account within 15 calendar days from the day of receipt of the parcel back to our central warehouses. In case of electronic payments, the amount will be refunded to your card according to the above procedure. For every refund, except for defective products, you will be charged the cost of returning the product.
9. Swimwear (bottom), underwear and socks are not returned for hygiene reasons.
10. Return of products that are considered defective and are in their original condition, with their original packaging and the initial markings on the products are sent again free of charge (no charge). Only products that are unsuitable to be worn or used for their intended purpose are considered defective and in no case the products that deviate from the photos posted on our website due to expected differences when downloading and posting them. In any case if a defect is found the recipient / customer has the opportunity to contact the online store via e-mail at email@example.com or by phone at 2510833063. If a product is declared defective by the recipient / customer, we expressly reserve for the diagnosis by us of the product as defective after inspection by our competent employees.
11. Please make sure the packaging of the shipment is secure to avoid any damage during transport. Return with damaged original packaging due to the negligence of the customer / sender or adhesive tape on the box or notes with pen / marker, will not be accepted!
12. Products with a discount of 70% or more are not returned!
We inform you that Spezial is not responsible in case of loss or destruction of the product during the return / shipment transfer. Our online store has a mechanism for canceling an order (in whole or in part) that has already been registered. For any cancellation of an order (in whole or in part) you must send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The above terms apply to purchases made through our online store and in no case apply to physical Spezial stores.
